Payments

The Fresh Cottage accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express through our secure checkout.

Shipping

The Fresh Cottage ships from Southport, NC. We use USPS & UPS as our shipping carriers. Tracking is provided on all orders. Orders will be shipped the following business day unless otherwise noted. For expedited shipping or to request a different carrier, please contact us at hello@thefreshcottage.com. We are currently offering free shipping and returns* on orders over 200.00 within the continental US. Please note our return policy in regard to sale items and skincare/wellness, makeup and hair products. We do not offer free return shipping on sale items or items purchased using a discount code. 

Undeliverable /Refused Shipments

Stolen packages are not our responsibility.  Your package may be left at your door unless you request signature for delivery.  Please do so when you are checking out under the "additional information" box.  The carrier will make three attempts to deliver your package.  If those three attempts are not successful, the package will then be considered abandoned.  If the items are returned to us we will provide you a store credit for the merchandise bought less the amount of original shipping.  If the package is not returned to us you will be responsible for the abandoned package including the cost of the merchandise.  If you decide to refuse any shipments from The Fresh Cottage, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you (on both the original and return shipments).  This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit.
